Regional Sales Manager

Experience: Total 2+ years of experience relevant industry experience.

Education: BE, MBA.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Prepare the business plan and strategy, Structure for the respective Business.

- Overall responsible for the business line revenue and GC.

- Sales Structure, Sales Enablement for the team.

- Work with - Demand Gen, Marketing, case studies for each of the offering.

- Manage and enable all other principal relationship across the country.

- Enhance Sonata's positioning with Principals.

- Garner preferred partner status.

- Regional principal alignment & Account Planning with our region.

- Business Planning and Governance with Principals.

- Help Regional sales team in closing deals.

- Reduction in Cost of sales, Better Commercial terms from principals.

- Creation and management of funnel.

- Competition tracking & monitoring.

- Be the exec sponsor for min 10 customers.
