Rosmerta Technologies is a leading provider of OES spare parts for 4-wheelers in India. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager to drive sales, expand our network, and achieve revenue targets in the aftermarket automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed revenue goals for aftermarket OES spare parts.
* Business Development: Identify new opportunities and grow market presence.
* Channel Sales & Network Expansion: Manage and expand relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
* Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
* Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to meet objectives.

Delhi, Mumbai,Pune,Gujrat, Uttar Pradesh,Chandigarh
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience: 5+ years in sales/business development in the aftermarket OES spare parts or automotive industry.
* Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of OES spare parts and car parts.
* Channel Sales: Strong background in managing distributors, retailers, and sales channels.
* Market Knowledge: Good understanding of the automotive aftermarket retail market.
* Leadership: Ability to lead and drive a team to meet targets.
* Communication: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Preferred: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business or Marketing.
