Manager : Product Support - Sales

• BE/ BTech Mech; Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred

• 6-8 years in Earth moving equipment or allied industry

Role Overview:

• Lead Technical support team managing Field Sales

• Essential knowledge in Mechanics, Hydraulics, Electrics/Engineering, and Exploration equipment

• Supervise service engineers and Site In-Charge, ensure proper operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Establish strong customer relationships and enable sales

• Experience in warranty registrations, new unit installation, and product-specific training Generate parts business through field visits, manage Government e-Marketplace and Central Public Procurement portals

• Forecast and plan spare parts stock, support order desk management

• Maintain MIS reports, secure AMC contracts and renewals, ensure After Sales & service efficiency

• Ensure total customer satisfaction and timely account collections
