Job Description
- Ownership of all training supported business parameters.
- Collaborating with RM - Sales, ZVP & APC Training Head to design the overall training strategy for the business keeping in mind the service value chain.
- Holding the end to end Training Planning and execution of the phoenix offices of the Region (Lakshya Offices ).
- Taking Initiative to create L1,L2 & L3 metrices for the region.
- Planning, scheduling, and executing all regular training programs for agents, Variable Leaders, BDMs OHs and other employees.
- Proactive planning for any special training programs, interventions and management development programs along with Specialized and MT team .
- Coordinating with the APC Offices and regional leadership for regular performance reviews meetings and sharing of expectations and deliverables between the business managers and the trainers.
- Ensuring time and duration adherence; internal and regulatory compliances.
- Creating visibility of important Business levers - Input & Output
- Ensuring the sourcing, interviewing and short-listing candidates happens in time by the RMT
- Retention of the trainers. Proactively managing talent pool.
- Development of trainers; regular performance reviews and feedback for continuous improvements in knowledge and skills
- Setting Goals and carrying out the annual performance reviews in conjunction with the respective location heads.
- Motivating, traction of the KRAs and R&R for the trainers and providing continuous encouragement for the trainers.
- Course correcting any gaps in knowledge, skills or attitudes of the trainers through training, coaching and counseling. Managing disciplinary issues.
- Working with team for retention and long term career progression
- Ensuring adherence to curricula, contents and sessions plan by the trainers.
- While encouraging different styles of deliveries, ensuring the overall adherence to methodologies as specified in the trainers/facilitators guides.
- Ensuring that each program achieves the business objectives it was targeting to achieve.
- Assisting the ZTH / home office team in training needs identification & measurement of training effectiveness.
- Achieving Training MOS for the Region
- Ensuring adherence to the training process for new agent launch, New Leader Launch and New BDM Launch and existing agents and Leaders productivity.
- Attaining the required pass percentage in the region
- Standardized training schedule & delivery for region
- Retention and development of trainers
- Alignment of training with region business objectives
- Compliance & audit
- RML&D & MLD retention
- Planning & execution of WOW Calendar in the Zone
- Ensuring Supervisor capability and OH & BDM capability for the Zone .
- Collaborating with ZVP for Zonal and regional initiatives and execution .
