Sales Manager

As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and closing sales opportunities handed over by the business development team. Youll work closely with leads, understand their business needs, and present tailored solutions that align with our products. Your primary focus will be on converting these opportunities into signed contracts and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of qualified sales leads provided by the business development team.
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers within potential client organizations.
• Customize proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts with new clients.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs.
• Track and manage sales pipeline and client interactions through CRM software.
• Collaborate with the business development team to align on lead qualification criteria and sales strategy.
• Ensure smooth handover of closed deals to the implementation and customer success teams.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, product knowledge, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in (Lights, titles, furniture’s, glass , Bath & sanitary)
