Role Overview:

The Business Manager in the Sales Department is responsible for overseeing sales operations, driving revenue growth, and managing the sales team to meet and exceed targets. This role involves developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction while optimizing processes to improve team performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational revenue targets.
• Identify new market opportunities and create plans to capture them.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
• Provide regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations for the team.

Performance Management:

• Monitor and analyze sales metrics.
• Identify and address underperformance, implementing corrective actions where necessary.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee the resolution of client concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Process Optimization:

• Streamline sales processes and implement tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure adherence to sales policies, procedures, and best practices.

Revenue Growth:

• Drive efforts to exceed sales targets and maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and increase lead generation.

Market Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Use insights to adjust strategies and maintain competitiveness.
