JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle including including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The Recruiter will also maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Major Responsibilities: This position will include the following activities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Review and update job descriptions to ensure they accurately reflect the requirements of the role.
  • Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms, and other relevant channels.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Conduct reference checks and coordinate background checks as needed.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruiting activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Required Education / Experience:

  • Master s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

  • High level of integrity
