Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Consultant with over 10+ years of expertise in UI development and team management. The ideal candidate will excel in creating accessible, user-friendly interfaces using modern technologies like Nuxt3, Vue.js, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS, while mentoring team members and collaborating with clients to deliver high-quality solutions.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of UI components using Nuxt3, Vue.js, TailwindCSS , and other modern technologies.
Ensure compliance with Web Accessibility Guidelines to create inclusive applications.
Conduct requirement analysis, system study, and provide technical solutions.
Develop and maintain application features while adhering to agile development processes .
Plan, estimate, and manage tasks for successful delivery of projects.
Perform unit testing using tools like Vitest and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Mentor and guide team members, including code reviews and skill enhancement.
Provide innovative suggestions for UI/UX improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clients, to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
Manage dependencies across multiple projects and deliverables.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript , and modern front-end frameworks like Vue.js and Nuxt.js .
Expertise in responsive and adaptive web design , Web Accessibility , and CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS).
Experience with version control systems like Git and task management tools like JIRA .
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks ( Vitest , Cypress ) and state management libraries ( Pinia , Vuex ).
Strong problem-solving, communication, and client interaction skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in front-end development with leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with PHP, Laravel,Angular , React , and accessibility audits .
Knowledge of performance optimization and integration with backend systems.
Experience working on large-scale projects in industries such as Insurance, Resource Management, and Publishing Media .
