Posion Overview:

We are seeking a highly movated and results-oriented Chief of Staff to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate should be from the pharmaceucal sector, with a proven track record in driving strategy, mergers and acquisions (M&A), and navigang regulatory landscapes with exisng business and new business growth. This role is crical in opmizing our strategic iniaves, ensuring operaonal excellence, and fostering cross-funconal collaboraon to support our ambious growth goals.

Key Responsibilies:

1. Strategic Planning:

- Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute the strategic vision for the Pharma vercal.

- Analyze market trends, competor acvies, and internal capabilies to idenfy growth opportunies and develop aconable plans.

2. Mergers & Acquisions:

- Lead efforts in idenfying, evaluang, and execung M&A opportunies to enhance our porolio and market posion.

- Conduct thorough due diligence and financial analysis to support decision-making.

3. Regulatory Affairs:

- Ensure compliance with local and internaonal regulaons across all product categories.

- Work closely with regulatory teams to streamline processes and improve me-tomarket for new products.

4. New Product Development:

- Oversee the product development pipeline, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and market needs. Foster collaboraon among R&D, markeng, and sales teams to launch innovave products effecvely.

5. Cross-Funconal Collaboraon:

- Act as a liaison between departments, ensuring effecve communicaon and alignment on strategic priories.

- Support project management iniaves and drive accountability across teams.

6. Performance Tracking:

- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the progress of strategic iniaves.

- Prepare reports and presentaons for stakeholders, highlighng achievements and areas for improvement.

7. Team Leadership:

- Mentor and develop junior staff within the Pharma vercal, fostering a culture of connuous improvement and excellence.

- Lead special projects and iniaves as required by execuve leadership.

ualificaons:

- Graduaon from IIT or top Engineering college and MBA from an Indian Instute of Management (IIM) is required.

- Prior experience working with a leading Pharma company or Pharma project in a consulng

firm is a must.

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceucal industry with exposure to strategy, M&A, New business and regulatory affairs.

- Strong analycal and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- Excellent communicaon and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and building relaonships across all organizaonal levels.

- Proven leadership ability, with experience managing cross-funconal teams and driving collaboraon.

- High degree of iniave and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Familiarity with global pharmaceucal regulaons and compliance standards is a plus.
