Role Overview
The Manager - Finance at Redseer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial planning, financial operations, payroll processes, and audit compliance. This dynamic role involves analyzing financial data, identifying potential risks, and implementing controls to optimize financial performance & compliances, payroll accuracy, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis):
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide decision-making.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial issues and support business growth.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics and performance indicators.
- Undertake special projects & ensure strict adherence to project timelines, managing both internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
Business Finance:
- Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing.
- Manage Treasury & Evaluate investment opportunities to ensure optimal returns.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and ensure stability.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
Compliances and Payroll Management:
- Oversee the payroll process to ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries.
- Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and tax requirements.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, deductions, and benefits.
- Engage with external consultants and oversea overall compliances for the group.
Reporting and Audit
o Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements for the group, including consolidation.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation and processes are in place.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets
Team Culture:
- Foster a positive, driven, and fun team culture within the respective team.
Quality Assurance: Ensure Redseer' s high standards of quality in all deliverables.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountants preferred.
- Proven experience in FP&A, financial analysis, reporting, and audit.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial and payroll software/tools (Zoho), MS Excel (advanced), BI tools
- Prior experience in Big4 (or equivalent) / CA firms or in a similar role preferred.
Skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Manager team and undertake cross functional projects.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in FP&A, business finance, payroll management, reporting, and audit.
