RedSeer Consulting - Manager - Finance Operations - CA (5-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Month/Quarter-End Financial Analysis and Reporting : Lead the reporting and analysis of financial data, providing insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

- Management Information System (MIS) : Oversee the function's performance tracking and other analytics, delivering actionable insights to drive operational improvements.

- Budgeting and Forecasting : Collaborate with the analytics team to build reporting frameworks and ensure best practices are implemented for budgeting and forecasting, maximizing profitability.

- Statutory Compliance : Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, supporting operational teams on legal and tax-related matters.

- Process Improvement : Continuously improve financial processes and update policies as necessary to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Financial Plan Co-Ownership : Work closely with the business head to co-own and develop the financial plan for the business unit.

- Critical Evaluation and Optimization : Evaluate financial solutions for efficiency and work with the team to identify and optimize opportunities for improvement.

- People Management: Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and provide guidance and mentorship to finance team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is required.

- Experience : 5-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields.

- Technical Skills : Familiarity with SAP or other similar financial systems is a strong advantage.

- Communication Skills : Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.

- Analytical Skills : Excellent analytical skills to assess complex financial data and provide strategic insights.

- Attitude : A proactive "Can do" attitude with the ability to work well under pressure
