Job Summary:
The Business Head in an advertising agency is responsible for overseeing the overall business operations, driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of advertising campaigns. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the advertising and marketing landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute a long-term business strategy to drive growth and profitability.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and client segments.
- Set revenue targets and ensure financial objectives are met.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and ensure the delivery of high-quality campaigns.
- Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns and issue resolution.
3. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers, creative professionals, and strategists.
- Foster a high-performance culture and encourage innovation.
- Ensure smooth collaboration between different departments (creative, strategy, media, and digital teams).
4. Campaign Oversight & Execution
- Oversee the planning, development, and execution of advertising campaigns.
- Ensure campaigns align with client goals and deliver measurable results.
- Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements for future projects.
5. Financial & Budget Management
- Prepare and manage budgets for campaigns and operational costs.
- Ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining creative excellence.
- Drive revenue growth through effective pricing and service strategies.
6. Market & Industry Insights
- Stay updated on advertising trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies.
- Implement innovative solutions to enhance the agency's offerings.
- Network with industry professionals and participate in business development activities.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the advertising, media, or marketing industry.
- Proven track record in business development and team leadership.
