Troubleshoot and resolve middleware-related issues across complex IT environments.
Performance Tuning:
Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and load balancing of middleware platforms.
Monitor system health and optimize middleware processes to ensure reliability and uptime.
Security and Compliance:
Ensure the secure configuration and integration of middleware technologies, including encryption, authentication, and access control.
Stay up-to-date with industry standards and compliance requirements (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO).
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive documentation for middleware configurations, policies, and procedures.
Provide regular status reports, performance metrics, and troubleshooting updates to stakeholders.
Collaboration and Support:
Work closely with infrastructure teams, application developers, and business units to understand integration needs and challenges.
Provide second- or third-line support for middleware-related incidents and requests.

Expertise in middleware technologies like Apache/Confluent Kafka, IBM MQ,.
Expertise in NoSQL databases like Aerospike, Redis
Expertise in distributed search and analytics engine like Elasticsearch
Experience with message-oriented middleware (MOM), web services, and API management.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and JSON/XML for communication protocols.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Shell scripting, or Bash for automation tasks.
Understanding of microservices architecture, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
