Job Description:

• Lead the design and architecture of middleware solutions to support integration across various systems and platforms.
• Define and maintain middleware frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and network teams to ensure robust and secure middleware environments.
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions for middleware integration across on-premise and cloud systems.
• Develop and maintain middleware infrastructure, including application servers, message brokers, API gateways, and enterprise service buses (ESB).
• Troubleshoot and resolve middleware issues to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
• Conduct regular performance tuning, capacity planning, and optimization of middleware components.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams on middleware integration patterns and best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging middleware technologies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
