Job Description Senior Executive, Accounts.
Roles & Responsibilities.
Ensure smooth Invoicing to customers (based in US & Europe) and timely Accounts Receivable follow ups with the customers.
Update Invoicing and collection records in QuickBooks as well as in Excel tracker.
Support India Accounting requirements in Tally.
Assist India Accounting team members in GST, Income Tax, TDS & other compliance related matters.
Assist in preparing various MIS reports.
Skills & Qualifications.
Com / M.
2+ yearsexperience in Accounting, Accounts Receivables, MIS.
Articleship experience with reputed CA firm will be considered.
Excellent written and oral English communication (Should be comfortable in holding conversations independently with customer teams based in US & Europe).
Good at Excel.
Exposure to Tally would be a plus.
Smart, confident & should have an eye for detail.
