Job Title: Sales Executive.

Job Type: Full-Time/6 days working/Rotational Shifts and week offs
Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers, including hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare providers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as doctors, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
• Present, promote, and sell healthcare products/services to clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of service agreements.
• Provide product demonstrations and training as needed.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software.

Qualifications & Skills:
For Freshers:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sales and willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of the healthcare sector is a plus.

For Experienced Candidates:

• 1-2 years of experience in sales (preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or related fields would be a plus).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
