Integration Analyst

• The Integration Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the Integration Analyst Lead in the STEP Transformation Program
• This role involves developing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions that ensure the seamless connectivity and interoperability of various systems and technologies
• The Integration Analyst will work closely with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to achieve the objectives of the integration strategy

Key responsibilities / accountabilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of a comprehensive integration strategy that aligns with the overall objectives of the STEP Transformation Program
• Analyze existing systems and assist in designing integration solutions that address business requirements and improve operational workflows
• Utilize various integration tools and technologies, including SAP, Informatica, SQL, and other middleware solutions to facilitate data integration and interoperability
• Oversee data transformation processes to ensure that data is accurately and efficiently transformed to meet the needs of various systems and applications
• Collaborate with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to coordinate integration activities, address challenges, and ensure alignment with project goals
• Maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, methodologies, and outcomes
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Identify potential risks and challenges associated with system integration and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively
• Provide training and support to end-users and team members on integration tools and best practices
• Perform rigorous quality assurance checks to ensure that integration solutions meet the required standards and specifications
• Stay updated with the latest integration technologies and trends
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve integration processes and methodologies
