Business Development Executive

The BDE is a key player in driving our institutes growth through field visits and client engagement. We are looking for a dynamic professional ready to achieve targets, generate leads, and manage CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion: Generate leads, follow up, and secure student enrollments.
• Client Engagement: Persuade clients to choose our education services.
• Field Work: Visit 7-8 locations daily for home counselling and business development.
• Sales Promotion: Participate in promotional events, seminars, and workshops.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Compliance: Follow institute policies, SOPs, and counselling guidelines.

Requirements

• Graduate (preferably Marketing background).
• 2-4 years of field experience with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of local geography and demographics.
• Location - Ahmedabad
• Salary - Upto 35k +Incentive & Petrol Allowance
