Job Description

As a Senior NLP Engineer, you will lead the design and development of language models and NLP pipelines that power our financial automation. Youll work closely with LLMs to enhance document understanding, improve KYC processes, and automate credit risk evaluations. If youre passionate about NLP and eager to shape the future of fintech through AI, this role is for you!

Develop NLP models for text processing, financial document analysis, and automated KYC.
Build and fine-tune LLMs for credit scoring, risk analysis, and fraud detection.
Architect scalable NLP pipelines to handle large datasets and real-time decision-making.
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to enhance AI-driven financial products.
Implement MLOps for continuous deployment and monitoring of NLP models.
Mentor junior engineers in NLP techniques and best practices.
Ensure data security and compliance with AI-driven solutions.

5+ years of hands-on experience in NLP and deep learning.
Expertise in Python, NLP libraries (SpaCy, Hugging Face, NLTK), and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Proven track record of working with LLMs, transformers, and embeddings.
Strong background in text processing, document understanding, and language generation.
Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and MLOps practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Points

Master s/Ph.D. in Computer Science, NLP, AI, or a related field.
Experience with PineCone, OpenSearch for semantic search and embeddings.
Knowledge of financial services, credit scoring, or fintech-specific NLP challenges.
