Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across multiple locations.
  
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, etc.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable candidates.
  
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with shortlisted profiles.
  
• Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
