Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to oversee and nurture long-term client relationships, ensure the successful delivery of services, and drive growth opportunities for the company.
The Senior Account Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide strategic solutions, and ensure exceptional service delivery to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Understand client goals, challenges, and business needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
Project Management & Coordination:
- Oversee the execution of client projects from inception to completion.
- Work closely with internal teams (creative, operations, marketing, etc. ) to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and provide progress updates.
- Monitor the success of campaigns and programs and adjust strategies as needed.
Business Development:
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Proactively engage with clients to upsell and cross-sell additional services and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to clients.
Strategic Planning:
- Work with clients to develop long-term account strategies aligned with their business goals.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.
- Analyze account performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with KPIs.
Financial Management:
- Oversee account budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and cost.
- Monitor profitability, and work to minimize risks associated with scope creep or budget overruns.
- Prepare and present reports to clients on financial performance, ROI, and overall success.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor junior account managers or account executives.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
- Support internal teams with client feedback, business insights, and strategic guidance.
Client Retention:
- Ensure clients' needs are met and exceeded, leading to long-term, sustainable partnerships.
- Manage renewals, contract negotiations, and retainer agreements.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly to maintain high retention rates
