Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, etc.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on requirements.
• Conduct telephonic interviews with potential candidates to assess their fit for the role.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule face-to-face rounds and ensure smooth recruitment process.
• Salary negotiation
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, progress updates, and feedback.
• Update daily recruitment tracker

Must Have Skill:

• Relevant experience in end to end recruitment in Manufacturing Industry
• Excellent communication & presentation skill
