• Freshers or candidates experienced in handling international motor claims.
• Excellent command over English (comprehension and conversation), providing advice to customers on the motor claims processing.
• Manage claims portfolio, and handle all claims within the appropriate service levels.
• Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
