Senior Backend Engineer - Node.js Framework (7-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with experience in Node.js and Typescript to join our team. As a backend engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side logic of our web applications. You will work closely with our frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Node.js and Typescript

- Implement new features and enhancements to existing applications

- Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code- Optimize applications for performance and scalability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members

- Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

- 7+ years of experience as a backend engineer

- Proficiency in Node.js and Typescript

- Experience working with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL

- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

- Familiarity with cloud services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

- Strong understanding of software development best practices

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
