Recro.io - ETL Tester - Java/Selenium (4-9 yrs)

Requirements :

Programming Languages :

- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala (preferred for data-related technologies).

Big Data Tools :

- Familiarity with Apache Spark, Kafka, Hadoop, Hive, and similar big data processing frameworks. Experience in working with Great Expectations and DBT

Data Testing Frameworks :

- Experience with testing data flows, ETL pipelines, and data quality tools.

Database Technologies :

- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases (e. g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).

Cloud Platforms: Experience testing data systems on cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Test Automation Tools: Expertise in building and maintaining automated test frameworks using tools like Selenium, PyTest, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.

CI/CD Pipelines: Hands-on experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools for automating test execution and deployment.

Version Control: Proficient in using Git for version control and collaboration.

Data Quality Assurance :

- Strong understanding of data quality principles, including data validation, and transformation validation.

- Familiarity with data engineering workflows and understanding of how data moves through different systems.

- Exposure to tools like Jupyter Notebooks, MLflow, or TensorFlow is a plus.
