About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target Specialist to drive data-driven decision-making and deliver personalized experiences for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital analytics, A/B testing, and campaign optimization, with expertise in the Adobe Experience Cloud suite, particularly Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain analytics tracking using Adobe Analytics.
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights and create comprehensive reports/dashboards.
- Develop advanced segments, calculated metrics, and data visualizations in Adobe Workspace.
- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to optimize user experiences and conversion rates.
- Set up personalization campaigns using Adobe Target, leveraging AI-based recommendations and Auto-Target.
- Collaborate with UX/UI, marketing, and development teams to implement tests and track performance.
- Integrate Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target for unified insights and optimized user journeys.
- Work with tag management systems (e., Adobe Launch) to manage and troubleshoot analytics and testing tags.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends to inform business strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align analytics and testing efforts with business objectives.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and product teams, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
- Expertise in creating and analyzing A/B and multivariate tests.
- Proficiency in building dashboards, reports, and segments in Adobe Analytics Workspace.
- Strong knowledge of tag management tools (e., Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager).
- Experience integrating Adobe Experience Cloud tools for enhanced functionality.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like JavaScript, HTML, or CSS for testing and tag implementation.
- Understanding of web technologies, user behavior analysis, and optimization principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Adobe Certified Expert in Analytics or Target.
- Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud products (e., Adobe Campaign, Audience Manager).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL for deeper data analysis.
