Record To Report Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the preparation of financial records, including general ledger, balance sheet, and journal entries.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions, reconciliations, and adjustments.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/year-end close processes, including intercompany reconciliations.

Job Requirements :

• 5-12 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) process in BPO/Call Centre industry.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, balance sheet reconciliation, journal entries, and intercompany reconciliation.
• Experience working on SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
