- Consumer Packaged Goods, logistics, supply chain, BRD creation.
- Analyze data models and derive logical conclusions, develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes.
- Partner with the Process SMEs/COE lead from business to develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation and outline the impacted processes and business requirements.
- Engage with cross-functional teams from business to develop business requirements documentation.
- Works with Technical Team members to facilitate the planning and execution of Automation projects.
- Deliver key business analysis artifacts (test strategy, test scenarios, test cases, test results/defect management, user manual) using best practices and tools.
- Document and diagram the existing environment and dataflows.
- Provide support to leads for assessment of use cases.
