Memory Circuit Design Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Memory Circuit Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in memory macro design, simulations, and silicon debugging, with a proven track record of delivering robust solutions in the semiconductor domain.

Key Responsibilities

1. Memory Circuit Design:
   
• Design and optimization of memory circuits, focusing on efficiency and reliability.
• Address challenges related to critical path and cross-section design.
2. Simulations:
   
• Perform comprehensive simulations to validate functionality, including:
• Read, Program, and Standby operations.
• Reliability testing such as EMIR, Aging, and SOA (Safe Operating Area).
3. Silicon Debug:
   
• Hands-on experience with silicon debugging for memory macros.
• Analyze and resolve post-silicon issues to ensure optimal performance.
4. Collaboration:
   
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to address design and functionality requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration and high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Experience: 7-10 years in memory circuit design and related fields.
• Strong knowledge of memory macro design, critical path analysis, and cross-section design.
• Proficiency in running and analyzing simulations for functionality and reliability.
• Experience with silicon debugging, including tools and methodologies.
• Expertise in reliability analysis, including EMIR, Aging, and SOA.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
