Portfolio Management-Real Estate Sales

• Making Sales Strategies, to meet target grow Portfolio, which is 300 plus Cr
• Direct Sales through active pitching with Invertors, Channel Partners, HNIs, NRIs, and Large Corporate Houses and achieving personal sales targets through profitable, right client right business terms
• Evaluating business, making proposals, doing direct negotiations on commercial agreements with channel partners
• Responsible for PL for the portfolio achievement of EBIDTA targets
• Build and maintain a strong relationship with the key stakeholders, clients, and channel partners
• Managing PR Events, participating in Sales Summits Conferences, networking with Top Professional Bodies relating to Real Estate
