Following is the Job Description:
In this job, you will:
Experience in US/Europe regions, IT products, sales services
- Generate leads through cold calling, email, and social networking in your assigned SBU.
- Identifying sales opportunities through primary, secondary research including building up and maintaining prospects' database
- Identify key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Establish and maintain a relationship with prospective clients.
- Schedule 1:1 meeting with prospects.
- Maintain inside sales activity records in CRM.
- Meet weekly and quarterly inside sales targets and log all prospecting activity in CRM.
- Position the value of Gramener's offerings to prospects and partners Requirements.
- Candidates must have excellent communication and English-speaking skills.
- Be hungry and have the desire to drive top-line revenue.
- Must be aggressive and dynamic with the right attitude.
- Must be confident and should have a pleasing personality.
- Have excellent relationship building and organizational skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-changing field.
You must have:
- 4 -6 Years' experience in Business Development/ Cold Calling or as inside sales
- Willing to work from 7 PM to 3 AM (IST) shift.
- MBA in Sales and Marketing is required but not a constraint.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Go - Getter Attitude is a must and willing to go the extra mile to achieve targets.
