Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with Potential Clients: Connect with 80-120 prospective customers daily to share details about our exciting real estate projects.
• Relationship Building: Create strong connections with clients to build trust and loyalty.
• Coordinate & Follow-Up: Schedule site visits and ensure consistent follow-ups to move leads closer to conversion.
• Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and feedback to refine our outreach strategies.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: 6 months to 4 years in pre-sales, telesales, or similar roles. Prior real estate experience is a big advantage.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong command of English and local languages to connect with a diverse clientele.
• Driven & Target-Oriented: Self-motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency is a plus.
