Key skills for the job
Role & responsibilities
- Answer customer queries through voice call & whatsapp , and help customer with the lowest quotation. To follow up with the customers through outbound calls and whatsapp - who have sent us booking request, until the booking is complete.
- Follow up with our head office support team to resolve customer concerns - this is mainly done through email and whatsapp.
- Follow up with customers with 100% ownership until reporting.
- Updating the required data in excel.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in English and Hindi speaking voice-based calling (inbound or outbound) is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Email is required.
- Very good understanding of Whatsapp Interactions.
- Negotiation skills.
Minimum 1 year experience of customer handling in voice support.
Should be ok working in any of the below shift. Shift will be allocated based on working requirements.
8 AM to 6 PM
11 AM to 9 PM - Fixed Rs 100 (per day) additional shift allowance for this shift.
There will be 1 weekly off which will be fixed in advance. There is no restriction on leaves, if applied well in advance.
