ReadyAssist - Head - Sales & Business Development (5-7 yrs)

What You'll Do:

- Lead the strategy, P&L, and execution of CNG retro fitment projects across India.

- Drive partner workshop onboarding and customer acquisition with a focus on ROI and scalability.

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, branding, and high productivity per workshop.

- Recruit, train, and manage teams for operational excellence.

- Ensure seamless coordination with RTOs, quality control, and safety standards.

- Prepare insightful MIS and implement growth-driven strategies.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven expertise in B2B/B2C, greenfield projects, and scaling businesses from 0 to 100.

- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, thriving in a start-up ecosystem.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills with a willingness to travel extensively
