Job Title: Account Manager - Broker Acquisition

Role Overview:
The Account Manager - Broker Acquisition will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and managing broker relationships. This role involves lead generation, sales management, and market expansion to enhance brand presence and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the entire lead management, sales, and business development process for the designated region.
- Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners.
- Drive broker engagement initiatives and ensure high retention and productivity.
- Ensure 100% coverage in the assigned territory with structured data management and tracking key performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to provide intelligence and insights for marketing strategies.
- Develop and execute client acquisition campaigns to strengthen the companys position in the market.
- Ensure service delivery excellence, leading to enhanced client retention and referrals.
- Achieve revenue, market coverage, and acquisition targets in designated territories.
- Regularly update and manage the broker database with structured follow-ups and reporting.
- Work closely with the marketing team to drive promotional and customer communication initiatives.
- Map new projects and developers in the assigned region, acquiring new accounts to expand coverage.
- Conduct presentations and sales pitches to brokers and partners.
Key Requirements:
- MBA/Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, real estate, e-commerce, or online business.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Experience in managing broker/channel partnerships in the real estate sector.
- Excellent data management and reporting skills for tracking sales performance.
- High energy, passion for sales, and persistence in a dynamic sales environment.
