Assistant Manager, Account Based Engagement

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Acquisition:

• Identify and target potential customers based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.
• Work on leads generated from various platforms and provide detailed information about RCM products to convert leads into regular users.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive customer journey for new customers, ensuring they understand RCMs vision, offerings and initiatives.

2. Customer Retention and Engagement:

• Design and implement promotional strategies for existing customers, including company initiatives, offers, new product launches, and other relevant information.
• Identify areas where promotions are needed to enhance customer growth and satisfaction.
• Create and execute a complete journey for customer retention and repurchase

3. Promotional Strategy and Execution:

• Collaborate with sub-departments and zonal teams to understand their promotional requirements.
• Develop and submit a monthly promotional calendar focused on retention, repurchase, and reactivation.
• Measure the impact of promotions on business growth through data analysis and provide actionable insights.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

• Submit daily reports on promotional activities and their outcomes.
• Prepare and submit Monthly MIS (Management Information Systems) reports to track performance and progress.

Skills required:

• 3-5 years of experience in customer acquisition, retention, and marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in planning and executing of promotional campaigns.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analysis software.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach.

Educational /Professional Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
