- Plan & monitor for showrooms & SIS Ideal stock level
- Analysis of Sales style trends for West regional ( Gujarat & Maharashtra )
- Stock liquidation of non moving / ageing stocks for pan India
- Monthly showrooms & SIS visit for requirement of gold merchandises
- Stock shuffling to approached the ideal stock levels as line to line
- New Products introduce launch with complete flow up
- New Collections launch with complete flow up
- Promotional planning for gold merchandise
- New store opening planning for gold merchandises
