Customer Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Building long-term relationships with customers.
• Addressing customer concerns and complaints.
• In coordination with Sales head creating sales plans to generate revenue.
• Make daily Customer Feedback Calls and Special occasion calls.
• Using CRM programs for data capturing and review of sales.
• Maintain data confidentiality and produce as and when required by management.
• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
• Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.
• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.
• Meeting with Sales head and Design Department for strategic planning.
• Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing them.
• Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
• Do Gifting forecast and planning.
