Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities : The Relationship Manager (RM) holds responsibility of sourcing home loan through direct sourcing. They have to ensure target is delivered.

The key roles and responsibilities are:

Acquisition of Home Loan customer through direct sales.

Addressing any concerns or questions the customer may have about the home loan application
process.

Providing ongoing support and follow-up to existing customers, addressing any questions or
issues they may have.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards related to home
loan sales and marketing

Preferred candidate profile : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer focus, Negotiation, Detail Orientation.
Ability to take initiatives and be target-driven.
Ability to plan and multi-task effectively.  
Ability to work independently and in line with company values.
