Position Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Account planning Monitoring, Deepening & Innovating (Drive intelligence).
Target setting, Book monitoring and analysis, Cross sell and increase in Product holding per customer.
Ensuring desired growth of liability business across products such as Term Deposits, Salary Accounts and CASA.
Drive penetration of digital products, track performance of the channel and ensure quality book growth across multiple products.
Monitor portfolio for discrepancies and anomalies and take proactive action.
Work on Existing Base of Digital Customers (At Risk, Inactive, Dormant Customers) for growing business.
Other - Review, share inputs for SOP / PAC/ SOC as and when requirement arises.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies. Adhere to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines in all interactions with clients.
Technology and Innovation: Stay informed about the latest digital platforms, tools, and innovations in portfolio management. Continuously explore ways to leverage technology to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance client experience.
Should be able to independently plan and execute the strategy to achieve the desired growth in liability.
Strong analytical and research skills, with ability to interpret market data and trends

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Qualifications and Experience Requirement
Essential
MBA, or Other Post graduate qualification with minimum 8-10 years of experience.
Fair understanding of Digital Platforms, Finacle and CRM.
