As part of our growth, we are looking to add a dynamic Credit and Portfolio Manager who will play a key role in managing and optimizing our loan products, policies, and portfolio performance.

What will you drive ?
We are seeking an experienced Credit and Portfolio Manager with a background in loan products and financial analysis to join our Credit and Portfolio Management team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in product policy development, vintage analysis, and credit risk management. This role requires strong analytical skills, experience in writing and refining product policies, and an in-depth understanding of portfolio risk metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine loan product policies that align with the company's goals and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Write, revise, and review policies and procedures for loan products, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and the companys risk appetite.
• Oversee and manage credit risk associated with loan products, ensuring that portfolio performance meets organizational goals.
• Should be able to monitor loans .
• Perform vintage analysis to evaluate the long-term performance of loans and understand trends in loan repayments, delinquencies, and defaults.
• Regularly assess portfolio health, identify emerging risks, and recommend corrective actions to improve asset quality.
• Work closely with product, data science, and risk teams to ensure accurate product pricing, risk assessment, and portfolio management.
• Prepare and present reports on portfolio performance, product risk, and loan trends to senior leadership.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to credit risk management and loan products.

What are we looking for ?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in credit risk management, portfolio management, or similar roles within the financial services industry.
• Hands-on experience in developing and implementing loan product policies.
• Expertise in vintage analysis, CBB (Cumulative Borrower Behavior), and other credit risk metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and generate actionable insights.
• Proven track record of managing loan products and portfolios, including risk assessments, performance analysis, and product policy writing.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or other portfolio management software).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment or a high-growth company.
• Knowledge of the used car or automotive industry.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for lending and consumer finance.
