Roles and Responsibilities

• Understanding Razorpay product suite and roadmap and charting multiple offerings against stated and unstated needs.
• Work with Razorpay s business, product and engineering teams to create, implement and deploy proposed solutions.
• Communicate regularly with the product and engineering team at Razorpay to understand plans and progress of product/solutions initiatives.
• Proactively communicate to bank product and sales teams, ensuring they are aware of changes in product delivery plans.
• Meet with existing and prospective banks to communicate/present Razorpay s unique value proposition during executive presentations, demonstrations, and solution discovery sessions.

Experience and skills we are looking for

• 5 to 8 years experience in pre-sales or technical consulting with banks, processors and/or enterprise software in a product company.
• Must be an MBA graduate who understands technology as well.
• Outstanding communication skills - Someone who does not let geographical distances create any communication gaps.
• Influencing skills - Drive conversations, inspire movement and evangelize opportunity areas in the bank and Razorpay POS.
• Prior experience at a fintech company with exposure to banks, or in the product team of a bank will be an advantage.
