Job Description
- Oversee and manage all civil engineering aspects of solar projects.
- Coordinate with the design and project management teams to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory standards compliance.
- Supervise on-site construction, including foundations, trenching, and mounting systems.
- Prepare and maintain detailed progress reports, including Daily Progress Reports (DPRs).
- Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues that may arise during construction. Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in civil site management, preferably in solar or renewable energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, site planning, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
