Urgent Hiring For CRM - Contact Center (Real Estate Exp Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend incoming calls related to post sales activities for all the projects.
• Outgoing calls if needed as per the department requirement.
• First point of contact for the customers.
• Provide FTR (First Time Resolutions) to the small & general queries/request/issues raised by clients on the call.
• In case FTR cannot be given, send hold response to client and generate SFDC case to assign it to the respective RM for resolution.
• Ensure resolution is provided WITHIN 24 hrs.
• Take follow-up with the RM for closure of the SDFC case and highlight it to the reporting manager if the case is pending.
• Is well versed with the current industry practices and standard processes & functions therein.
• Queries resolution using SFDC, SAP, other systems provided.
• Take ownership of each request/ queries raised by the clients.
• Calling assistance in Registration, Possession, collections any other official responsibility as per the departments requirement.
• Preparing & Publishing daily/Monthly/Yearly reports Calls, Resolution, Query analysis, etc.
• Ensure that customers are satisfied at all times and that negative incidents don't dampen their experience
• Think of a proactive customer service approach that helps retain customers while fostering their loyalty and trust
• Analyse and monitor customer Problem and escalate to the superiors to ensure timely resolutions is provide and avoid escalations.
