Role & responsibilities

CRM Management
• Implement and maintain CRM processes using Daebuild Software.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date client data across all platforms.
• Monitor CRM workflows and address system issues promptly.
• Customer Engagement
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Enhance customer experience through personalized interactions.
• Data Analysis and Reporting

• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize CRM processes.
  • Implement strategies to improve lead management and customer retention.

Preferred candidate profile

• Knowledge of real estate processes, regulations, and customer expectations.
  • Certification in CRM tools or related fields will be an advantage.
