Role & responsibilities

• Quality Workmanship:

1. As per Drawing

2. As per Checklist of Company

3. All the work checked should be signed by Senior Engineer and take sign of Senior Engineer in Quality Register.

4. Quality register signed required for bills passing

• Handling Material Wastage:

1. All steel cut should be staked properly on daily basis, it should be used in further work.

2. Steel small cut pieces should be used in lintel, coping, etc. work.

3. All bricks rods to be used in 9 wall or in waterproofing

4. Flooring material to be issued against estimate qty., once the work is complete all the extra material to be submitted in store.

5. Once the work of electric, plumbing, window and colour work is completed in particular bunglow, get remaining material submitted in store.

• Co-ordination:

1. Site engineer has to coordinate work of various agencies.

2. All material used by contractors is as per estimate

3. Responsible to do proper reporting to senior engineer

4. Make DPR.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have Experience in Residential Project

Must prefer candidate from the Real Estate Background
