Requirement: Jr Civil Engineer at Pune Location

Location: Ambegaon Pune

Job description:

Execute the work as per drawing and specification.

Submitting the daily progress report to project manager.

Planning and manpower scheduling of work.

Prepare the material quantity of execution of the work.

Prepare bar bending schedule of work.

Prepare and maintain work records and reports that include preventive maintenance.

Coordinate with subcontractors for smooth flow of work.

Proper management of materials and workmanship.

Attending the client meeting regarding the status of work.

Provide all technical backup required for the execution & procurement team.

Supervision/execution, checking and assuring that the construction is as per the final issued for construction drawings and project specifications.

Ensure quality of building materials, concrete, etc. through various tests.

Coordination with subcontractors for the smooth flow of work.

Conversant with architectural and structural drawings.

Preparation of Running Account bills.

Prepare BBS for the structural elements.

Proper management of materials and workmanship.

Ensure that all the works meet the stipulated quality standards.

Making productivity reports and analyzing.

Monthly reconciliation of the materials.

Ensure that all the works are going without wastage of material.

Qualification:

Degree / Diploma in Civil
