Role & responsibilities

• Deliver clear and engaging lessons to help students understand mathematical concepts.
• Use different teaching methods such as problem-solving, hands-on activities, and technology tools like graphing calculators and interactive whiteboards.
• Adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of learners.
• Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
• Ensure lesson plans address all topics, from basic arithmetic to advanced calculus, depending on the grade level.
• Design and administer tests, quizzes, and assignments to evaluate student progress.
• Analyze assessment data to identify learning gaps and address them effectively.
• Provide individual or group support to students who struggle with math concepts.
• Encourage students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive, focused learning environment.
• Manage classroom time effectively for lectures, discussions, and practice.
• Promote a love for mathematics by demonstrating its real-life applications.
