PHP Developer (Real estate)

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize real estate websites and in-house applications.
• Work with Highrise and Enrich platforms for seamless integration and enhanced functionality.
• Manage and maintain IT assets, including laptops, desktops, and other equipment.
• Oversee server operations, ensuring regular updates, backups, and performance optimization.
• Monitor and control access to IT systems and applications to maintain security and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in PHP development and IT management.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in PHP development, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of Highrise and Enrich platforms.
• Hands-on experience in managing IT assets, servers, and access controls.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter, etc.).
• Experience with database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and multitasking skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with API integrations and third-party services.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
