As a Real Estate Sourcing Manager - Commercial, your main job is to find and connect with potential Channel Partners, build strong relationships, and help close deals in commercial real estate. You will work closely with other teams and stakeholders to make sure deals go smoothly and meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential Channel Partners by researching the market and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners and other industry professionals.
• Drive and generate business through Channel Accounts.
• Negotiate and structure deals to get the best terms and maximize returns.
• Work with teams like legal, finance, and asset management to ensure smooth deals.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, industry news, and legal changes that affect commercial real estate.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their property needs.
• Manage relationships and handle deals between clients and the organization.
• Stay updated on market trends and gather intelligence about the real estate market.
• Work towards meeting targets set by the organization.
• Drive sales through marketing initiatives and ensure updates to Channel Partners about product and pricing.
• Handle sales inquiries from ads, hoardings, and direct clients.
• Negotiate and close deals with prospective clients, corporate houses, and MNCs.

Qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Experience: At least 6 years in commercial real estate sourcing, acquisitions, or investment analysis.
• Skills: Proven experience in closing commercial real estate deals.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Passion for sales and working with clients.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and best practices.
